The exhibition Three Doors - Forensic Architecture/Forensis, Initiative 19. Februar Hanau, Initiative in Gedenken an Oury Jalloh is a collaboration of different actors: the artist collective Forensic Architecture and its sister agency Forensis Berlin, the Initiative 19. Februar Hanau, the Initiative in Gedenken an Oury Jalloh, journalists and the cultural institution Frankfurter Kunstverein. They work as a coalition of civil society forces, people and experts in their respective fields to make systemic racism and authority failures visible. The visual investigations into the racist terrorist attack of 19 February 2020 in Hanau, created by Forensic Architecture/Forensis in cooperation with the Initiative 19. Februar Hanau, form the focus of the show. In addition, a new plausibility study on the case of Oury Jalloh, who burned to death in a police cell in Dessau in 2005, will be published.
